Executive Chef Jason Parsons and his award-winning culinary team have planned the most delectable series of Barrel Cellar Dinners for 2017. Each dinner in the series has a unique theme that treats you to a pre-dinner reception, seminar or tutored tasting before whisking you away to our stunning underground barrel cellar for a four-course dinner surrounded by 300 wine barrels. Each course is complemented by our winery-exclusive VQA wines as our wine experts present each pairing. 

$145 per guest, plus taxes and gratuities - $135 for Wine Club Members

 February 25, 2017: An Evening with Chef Jason Parsons 

 Get up close and personal with our Executive Chef and Cityline personality Jason Parsons. The evening begins with an exclusive cooking demonstration with Chef Parsons. He’ll share his culinary secrets with you, while preparing one of the dishes on the menu. You’ll have opportunity to ask questions and enjoy dinner with Chef Parsons as he hosts the evening through to the mouthwatering dessert.
